This photo was taken this week at a popular hang-out place in the Philippines. Two friends had their photo taken using the 7250 (?) phone (the one with the built-in camera). This was what appeared on the photo.
"Someone" was holding on to the arm of one of the girls. She did not see nor feel anything. The girls screamed when they saw this.
